Hello!

I can't believe it's been so long since my last blog post. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the outpouring of love and support after my last blog post. You really know how to make a girl feel special. I took a little break in search of self discovery, and it's been beyond wonderful. I've experienced some challenging days, but more importantly, I've had some truly amazing days. One thing I've learned is that I miss you guys and I miss this little creative space of mine. I hope you've all been well!

Just to catch up, here are a few insta-pics showing what I've been up to. Most recently, the family and I took a little vacay to Colorado to seek out some snow. We stayed in the gorgeous town of Vail. It's like a little fairytale village. I still have yet to try skiing, but I'm happy to say that I went ice skating for the first time (and I only fell down once). Hey, don't judge, I'm from Southern California after all.

2013 turned out to be such a memorable year. In November my hubby and I celebrated our 12th anniversary and decided to renew our wedding vows. It was such a special time for my family, especially because we were able to share the occasion with our children. It happened to be the most beautiful, sunshiny day in Laguna Beach and we had a lovely ceremony on the sand. It was a day I will cherish forever... and ever.

I took a jewelry making class and made my first pendant out of silver clay. It has 18K gold overlay and a teeny little ruby in the center.
