NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil “Dolce Vita”

Velvet Matte Lip Pencil från NARS i färgen Dolce Vita är en sådan där produkt jag drömt om men aldrig kommit till skott att köpa. Färgen är svårbestämd, köttigt hudnära liksom, och väger jämnt mellan nude, rött och varmt rosa. En sådan där nyans som ser fantastisk ut på precis vem som helst. Dolce Vita-nyansen återkommer i flera produkter i NARS sortiment och finns att få som både rouge, läppglans, blankt läppstift och så dessa matta läppkritor. Nu vill jag ju ha allihoooop! Rouget allra helst.

Formulan uppför sig inte stramt och tjockt som matta läpprodukter kan göra utan är silkeslen och så tunn att jag glömmer att jag har den på läpparna. Ingen doft- eller smaksättning kan jag känna heller. Minuset? Att pennan behöver vässas. Morr. Snälla NARS, gör dem i twist-up-pennor istället så slipper jag slösa produkt!

NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in the colour Dolce Vita is one of those products that I’ve loved but never gotten around to actually buying. The colour is hard to pin down, meaty and skin-like in a way, weighs evenly between nude, red and warm pink. One of those shades that will look good on just about anyone. The Dolce Vita colour comes as many different products in the NARS range, blush, lipgloss, shiny lipstick and these matte lip crayons. Now I want them aaaaall! Mostly the blush.

The formula doesn’t feel stiff and thick like matte lip products often do, it feels silky and so thin that I’m always forgetting that I’m wearing it. I can feel no scent or taste either. The minus? The pencil needs to be sharpened. Please NARS, make these as twist-ups instead so that I won’t have to waste any product!
