The Brow Factor

My brows are the one thing which I can’t go a day with out taming! I have quite thick brows so they little a attention. As for the shape it is has taken me some years to rectify the silly mistakes of over plucking. Yes- Who hash’t got a little happy with the old tweezers? I have found the perfect medley of brow products and have been using them for quite some time now for the exception of Brow drama which I only picked up last week. I’ve featured it because it’s AMAZING. Seriously for someone who has long brows with a little patchiness in places this is fantastic.

Tools? I use the HD Precision Brows Tweezers, the precision slanted tip allows you to pick up even the shortest of hairs. A great tool for taming the brows.

If you have a few fine blonde hairs around the brow area then the Japonesque Touch-Up Razor could be for you. A small blade remove fine hairs with out a sweep, you do need to be careful using this around the brow area especially under the brows where you skin is very delicate. I like to use this down the sides of brows where I get finer softer hair.

Onto the fillers, Brow drama by Maybeliine is a sculpting brow mascara with a very nifty wand. The bristles coat the brows with a rich wash of colour, I have dark brows and so went for the dark brown. If you have lighter brows I know there’s another 2 shades available. The best £4.99 I’ve ever spent on a brow product.

I do like a pencil for filling in the beginning of my brows, the hair on my right brow is a little sparse so I like to use the L’Oreal Brow Artist Super Liner, I have the shade Brunette and it’s spot it for my colouring. A duo pencil with colour at one end and a wax pencil to fix the brow in place. The mini-brush on the lid is great shaping the brows, especially when you’re travelling.

Last up is this mini brow compact by KIKO Cosmetics, they’re spot on with this kit. A compact which contains 3 handy tools for taming the brows and then 2 shades for filling and then a brown wax to help fix brows in place. I use this most days either for touching up or for filling my brows in. A great compact to take on holiday with you, the mini tools are all great which is bonus.
