SWATCH REVIEW: CHINA GLAZE TEXTURE

We’ve seen a couple different textures polishes over the last 6 months or so & were curious how China Glaze’s Texture polish would hold up in comparison. China Glaze’s formula is definitely different from the others – having a more fine sandy texture in comparison to a sparkle grit. China Glaze Texture polishes have a cream base with same colour texture infused through out. All polishes applied the same – only needing one coat. We did have a couple bald patches when we begun application, when applying the second coat we found the sand/texture was being pushed around. We recommend one heavy-handed top coat.

Unrefined – We had a bit of trouble with the one-coat application with this shade. This polish colour reminds us of the Spring floral hues we saw earlier this year.

Bump & Grind - Ok, best. name. ever. right? This polish a red-based hot pink. This polish shade is one of our go-to summer colours.

Itty, Bitty & Gritty - This polish is a cool coral colour and had one of the best applications of the bunch.

Toe-Tally Texture - Reminds us of freshly squeezed orange juice. This polish is a yellow based orange polish.

In The Rough - Not quite the best polish for our skin tone. This polish is a medium french green with a yellow base. It was extremely bright in person.

Of Coarse! - Summer sky! This medium blue polish is such a great shade. The mix of texture with the medium brightness creates a must-have shade for this collection.
