*beat your eggs...

*wash your malunggay leaves...

*mix in with the beaten eggs... add salt and pepper... you can also add grated cheese, bell pepper, mushroom, etc...

*put oil in a pan... brown your garlic... remove toasted garlic from the pan... or leave it be depends on your preference...

*scramble your eggs...


*btw... the malunggay didn't provide a distinct flavor or taste to the dish, it's just there for added nourishment...
