diy {vintage warmth}

Last year I tried knitting. I was successful in that I completed my project - a color blocked baby blanket - but I quickly found that knitting isn't for me. This year I tried my hand a crocheting and found it sooooooo much easier! The other night I was able to quickly complete and earwarmer after dinner. I'm not sure why I find it so much easier to crochet, but I'm looking forward to many more projects.

I crocheted a simple ear warmer. I then crocheted a small rectangle and left long tails to tie around the earwarmer to create the turban shape. And of course I finished the project off with a vintage broach from my collection!
