I would often travel to overseas factories to teach pressing techniques while working in the garment industry. This simple step can elevate your garment to the next level.
Gail also chats about staying your shoulder seams on knit fabric. Grab any tee-shirt from your closet and you will most likely see either a small piece of interfacing or clear stay tape tucked inside the seam allowance. This technique is also extremely helpful for matching strips. Just look at my grey metallic tee-shirt. (love it!)
