Casual Fashion For Women Over 40
Today I’m sharing some casual fashion for women over 40. My casual fashion consists of a plaid shirt and booties which I seem to have a thing for these days.
I’ve worn this Old Navy shirt with a red vest but decided to wear it alone today.
I love to add bracelets to my outfit. The gold one is from Stella & Dot and I wear it all the time.
I’ve talked about my trench coat before but it’s a staple piece for me. I love to wear it this time of the year when the weather is chilly. A trench coat adds a little class to a basic outfit.

Beauty For the Heart~~I’m typing this post from a hospital room. My father-in-law has pneumonia and my husband and I are sitting with him. He’s 88 years old and at that age, pneumonia can be a little dangerous.
Hopefully he’ll get to go home soon. Hospitals are no fun!
As I sit here and listen to all that’s going on outside his room, I hear a lot of different conversations. Some are sweet, some are laced with obscenities, some are from people who are sick and need help.
It reminds me how each of us are different…..our backgrounds, our lifestyles, even our genetics.
But God in his perfect plan, created each of us. He loves us and he wants us to know Him. It’s a beautiful thing!
