Petit Déjeuner Avec Ma Tour Eiffel (A Shah's Life)

Oh it has been so… so… so… long, but I’m back!

Please excuse my absence as a whirlwind adventure perhaps is the only way to describe the last 2 months of my life. As a one woman show, traveling between Italy, Holland, France, Spain, Ireland and London while attending Pitti Uomo, Men’s Fashion Week, Haute Couture AND conducting extensive travel research, I but had a minute to even rest these excited yet tired eyes.

With so much to share, I decided to just dive right in the middle of my trip with one of my favorite views, the terrace of my hotel in Paris - Hôtel Plaza Athénée.

I know what you are thinking… And yes, it was a complete “Carrie moment.” I might have jumped up and down when I saw the Eiffel Tower from my terrace. Maybe…

Plaza Athénée was everything I imagined and more. From the entrance to the picturesque views to the Dior Spa… a girl could get use to that kind of living. Fresh off the heels of celebrating its 100th anniversary, the iconic hotel will be shutting its doors in October to attach new additions while “fluffing it up” a little at the same time. Anticipation for the reopening consumes us all – and it hasn’t even closed yet!

Here is a little diary of my stay. Let’s just say, there is a reason they call these 5 star hotels “Palaces” – the service is untouchable!
