HI card with NEW House Pop `n Cuts Insert and matching Thinlits
This is my last sample that I have to share using the NEW Snippets Collection designed by Karen Burniston for Sizzix. I have to say, this is my favorite one!!! :-)
The House Pop `n Cuts Insert!!! Yes!!! Matching Thinlits! Yes!!! There are so many possibilities with this die. I can’t wait to use it more! (and yes, I went an little exclamation point happy but I think it’s totally warranted!)
As soon as I saw the Critters at the Dog Park Lawn Fawn stamp set I knew just what I wanted to do. A big thanks to Lawn Fawn for creating such a fun stamp set and for sending them to me to use. They’re awesome! Just so you know, that dog on the right on the inside of the card? That’s suppose to be my Daisy. I’m such a sucker for my dog.
On the front of the card and inside as well, I used a new Banners and Borders Sizzlits strip. That’s what is making the cool circle border. I think it is such a great look.
On the inside I used the House insert and matching thinlits. Did you know this particular thinlits set embosses? That’s what made the cool ridges and chimney on the dog house. You just need to use Sizzix Texturz Silicone Rubber and Texturz Impressions Pad.
The actual House insert looks a bit different. It has a chimney and for what I wanted to do, I didn’t need one so I just cut it off.
