Mother of the year used heroin in front of child after murdering her own mother

Sarah Vercauteren is a hot freaking mess of a drug addict, and it's safe to say that she's going to be horrified with the life she's created for herself and her child after she cleans up and kicks the habit. Of course, it's going to be far too late by then. The pretty blonde Pa. woman bashed her mother in the head 18 times with a hammer after an argument in her trailer park home.
