Mail Me Art 4 - Process and Final Artwork

I’ve been a bit MIA from Tumblr lately as I’ve been working on my Mail Me Art 4 project - basically artists from around the world submit their art via the postal system which then (hopefully!) arrives at its destination for an exhibit.

This is the first time I’ve documented the process from pencil to watercolor and ink to final mailing. I have to admit watercolor on an unidentified cardstock paper was a bit risky - fortunately the cardstock stood up to the process though it did have an interesting laid finish to it…I like to think of it as an artist/paper collaboration!
