Artist To Watch: BØRNS
From Michigan to Los Angeles, BØRNS is taking over the music scene, proving that he is definitely a force to be reckoned with. With a current single titled “10,000 Emerald Pools” and a debut EP that sounds as sweet as its name, Candy, this artist is on the up and up to an infinite amount of whatever kinds of pools he wants.
I would personally describe BØRNS music as a 21 flavored ice cream shop. There are so many different elements thrown together for everyone’s enjoyment. Your choices are folk, old pop, electro rock, and little samplings of MGMT and Passion Pit influenced flavors.
The entire EP is very impressive work and will have its listeners anticipating this talented artists every move. Make sure to check out BØRNS on tour with another YM&C fave, MisterWives. In the mean time do yourself a favor and go buy his EP and then buy it for all of your friends.
