I’ve always wanted to be in a Magazine

Remember a few weeks ago when I shared on this sneak peek on Instagram?! Well I can finally shout from the rooftops what the shoot with Cristina and, my trainer, Ambia, was for. In January, I was approached by Casi from Cupcake Mag asking me if I would share an exercise plan with all of you. Of course I said YES! When I began the planning process I really wanted to create a full body workout that could be done in 15 minutes so if you had 15 minutes, boom, you got your quick workout in, but if you had 30 or 45 minutes, you could do three reps of the entire exercise plan.

I enlisted the help of my amazing trainer and uber talented photographer, Cristina and we created a fun exercise plan to share. We took pictures to show the easy, medium and more challenging options for each exercise, which I will share with you on a later date. In the meantime, please, please, please check out Casi’s Spring Issue!!!

Not only was I given the opportunity to be featured, but there are so many other amazing vendors and women in business that are part of this Spring Issue. Like my bestie, Alissa from The Printed Palette!

Some amazing goodies for your home and for your Stud, including some of my favorites, Aidie’s Hideaway, Freshly Picked and Geo Fox Apparel.

I’m pretty sure after devouring this article about a simplified life that I need Emily Ley’s Simplified Life Planner.

And what’s not to love about this amazing article about Shark Tank business mogul, Susan from Freshly Picked. And seriously, how incredible does her hair look. Last year I had the chance to meet Susan at a conference and we became fast friends. I love seeing other Mompreneurs ruling the business world.

You’d have to be crazy not to be convinced that you need to go check out the rest of this issue, or even purchase a copy. Click HERE to go check it out!!

I can’t wait to hear what you think! I bet you’ll be obsessed!

xo, Alissa
