I haven’t paid much attention to this subject until recently when I tested my own PH level (which is easy to do – Just buy the PH testing strips on Amazon or at Whole Foods). Apparently I need to adjust my diet a little to add more alkaline foods. What does this all mean?
According to my research, it is important to maintain a balanced PH level in your body. An acidic environment can be a breeding ground for illnesses. Being too alkaline isn’t ideal either. I have made a few changes in my diet as I continue to learn more about this subject.
