Is Your Body Alkaline or Acidic: How to Maintain the Proper PH Level

I haven’t paid much attention to this subject until recently when I tested my own PH level (which is easy to do – Just buy the PH testing strips on Amazon or at Whole Foods). Apparently I need to adjust my diet a little to add more alkaline foods. What does this all mean?

According to my research, it is important to maintain a balanced PH level in your body. An acidic environment can be a breeding ground for illnesses. Being too alkaline isn’t ideal either. I have made a few changes in my diet as I continue to learn more about this subject.

Possible Benefits of a PH Balanced Body

  • Has been said to slow down the aging process
  • More youthful skin
  • Reduction in yeast overgrowth
  • Good digestion
  • Increase mental alertness
  • It’s speculated that your body’s PH can determine the sex of your baby
  • May prevent cancers
  • Improved energy levels
  • Weightloss
