On Sunday, my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary on a brunch cruise booked through HowAboutWe. I'm not sure where to begin and where to end. All I have to say is 'this was an unforgettable experience'. We took off right on time from Pier 40 (Hornblower Cruises & Events) and were ready to spend the next 2:30 hours in pure heaven. From the minute we arrived it was as if there was no one else in the room, just him and I. As we entered, we were escorted to our reserved table. Which was set up with a complementary champaign bottle and flowers. There was a live Jazz band playing the most beautiful music and servers that answered to all your needs. This date made us realize how in-love and lucky we are to have one another. It's usually the man saying all the sweet things but this day the setting, the roses, the music, the champaign and the company brought out the sweetheart in me.

You all know I'm all about eating! & with a brunch style buffet and never ending drinks, I was sure to be a happy camper. After enjoying the delicious food and sipping on champaign, we stepped out to view the stunning scenery. Held hands the entire time and even danced (something we never do). I was completely blown away by the sweetness of the band who stopped the music to give a special congratulations to us on our wedding Anniversary. Just when we thought they were done, they played our song 'hips don't lie by Shakira'. I almost started tearing from all the happiness and from the sweet words my husband whispered in my ear at the end of the day.
This day doesn't compare to any other. Thank you Jennifer (our server) for being so informative the entire ride. A huge thanks to Sana for making this date happen and for helping me arrange all the little details that made this date extra special. & lastly, I can't thank Jessica enough for introducing me to HowAboutWe!
