Current beauty favorites

I’m usually not that much of a beauty blogger but, inspired by BillieRose, I like to make exceptions once in a while. Today I want to show you my current beauty favorites. I say current because every once in a while my routine changes. These are the products I use for my daily make-up look.

1. After my moisturizer I start with my foundation. Usually I use a buffer brush for my foundation but since this Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation can become a little cakey I like to use my hands. After my foundation I use Essence Match to Cover Concealer under my eyes and on remaining “need to cover” spots. I use Chanel les Beiges to give the previous products a solid finish.
2. After the base it’s time for the rest of my make-up. I use my HEMA nr. 10 eyebrow pencil to give my eyebrows some extra dimension and get my W7 palettes for a natural look. I like to use a flat eye shadow brush with a natural color all over the lid and put a beautiful highlighter just under the eyebrow and in the corners of my eye. Sometimes I finish it off with a dark color in my crease but that depends on the mood I’m in (or how lazy I am that day…)
3. After applying my eyeshadow I use my Clinique High Impact mascara. This is a little tester I got in a few weeks ago and I’m definitely gonna get the full size. It’s a beautiful mascara that stays on it’s place all day and spreads my eye lashes like no other.
4. After finishing my eyes I use Pupa Like a Doll Luminys Blush for a healthy color on my cheeks and my MAC Soft and Gentle highlighter for that beautiful glow.
5. All there’s left to do is give my lips a little touch up. Since I’m not a huge fan of lipsticks or lipgloss I like to choose between my Elisabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream (which is always in my bag, I use if for every dry spot I can find. TMI?) or Alcina Soft and Glow lip balm.
6. And of course I can’t start the day without my favorite perfume. J’adore from Dior. A scent I got from my parent for my 30th birthday and already became an all time favorite!
