TJC: March Madness~ Punky Brewster Gone Rogue

From household name to fashion icon, Punky Brewster had a style all her own! Reinvent her style with the prowess of a true fasionista. As we stated in yesterday’s post, mix and match! There’s nothing wrong with taking a chance on those funky patterns. Keep in mind, when you play with prints and patterns use one as a solid. Doing so allows for effortless execution throughout the rest of the garment.

Here we’ve stayed with a neutral black and white color combination with a pop of pink! Although the colors are basic, the patterns are not! Taking a seersucker pant, pairing it with a basic white top, and layering the top with a floral blazer, we’ve recreated a “Funky Punky”. This combination is the perfect blend of sugar, spice, and everything nice!
