1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon COFFEE-MATE Snickerdoodle Flavored Creamer
1 tablespoon COFFEE-MATE Butter Toffee Flavored Creamer
1/4 cup sugar (for topping)
1 tablespoon (for topping)
Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mix for 2 minutes. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix until dough comes together. Add creamer. If dough is still crumbly, add creamer 1 tablespoon at a time. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon in a bow. Remove dough from fridge and cut letters. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375* for 10-12 minutes.

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, remove to wire racks to cool completely.
