I love mornings when we get to take Andy to work. Traffic is usually awful, and I look terrible, but it means we get a few more minutes with him before he goes to “wert.” (work)
Yesterday morning, Harlow took one step out the door and declared it to be “too chiwy.” She insisted that she just needed her scarf, not a jacket. So sleeveless dress and scarf it was!
On her own, Harlow has labeled Andy’s office buildings as “the red wert” and “the gween wert.” She is always so curious about which place he’ll be at each day — usually telling me I’m wrong when I tell her the answer. Girl is not lacking in the personality department….and my mom doesn’t give me much sympathy when I call on the difficult days. :)
“The apple didn’t fall far from the tree, honey!” Is usually what I hear in response. But don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t want it any other way! She keeps me on my toes - annnnnd constantly laughing…
