What up, all you sassy Sporties!? It may be Fashion Week in NYC, but that doesn’t mean fitness takes a back seat, besides, it’s Workout Wednesday! I’ve been keeping up with my daily workouts, even in the midst of my jam-packed Lincoln Center schedule! To keep my sweat-sesh cool and couture, I geared up and took to the tents for a little gymnastics and cardio in my new Juicy Sport threads. Pushups, cartwheels and some simple stretching, and I didn’t even notice the cold. If you bundle up enough and keep those muscles moving, you can feel the burn even in the single digits.
