SUP, NYC!

Whether I’m surfing the salty swells in the sea, or cruising on the Hudson for a quick SUP-sesh (Stand Up Paddle boarding), I’m a happy fitanista when I get to try fun new ways to challenge my bod—especially on the water.
Last week I had a blast with Global Surf Industries while testing out their newest Stand Up Paddleboards with Inflatable SUP technology, using the NYC skyline as our backdrop! Luckily, the boards were surprisingly stable and safe, so I didn’t fall in once! And, they actually fold up to fit in a backpack for traveling, so I’ll def. be bringing this badboy on my next outdoor adventure! So, whether you’re ready to paddle out in flat waters or more advanced conditions, these SUPs get two thumbs up for a full-body workout—arms, legs, core and more! Get movin’, Sporties!
