Hey, hey! Happy Friday!
Here’s a little recap of yesterday…
Big ol’ breakfast: Fried egg with homefries, a toasted English muffin with butter, and buffalo sauce. (FYI: I make a huge batch of homefries on Sunday –a mix of red and sweet potatoes Montreal Steak Seasoning– and then Mal and I reheat them for breakfast all week long.)
