MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Palette #2

The very last day before the VIB sale ended I made the mistake of taking ‘one last look’ and before I knew it, the MAKE UP FOREVER Artist Palette #2 was in my basket! I’ve reviewed the artist eyeshadow formula before – my favourite finishes are the diamond and metallic as they are pigmented, easy to blend, and long lasting.

The Artist palettes are a fantastic deal, especially if you are new to the formula or brand! A full size shadow is 0.07oz and 24$ CAD/21$ USD – this palette has 9 x 0.06oz for $56 CAD/49$ USD which is a fantastic deal!

Artist palette #2 has an assortment of jewel-toned and neutral shades from the permanent collection which allows for both work appropriate neutral eye looks as well as very colourful looks!

My favourite bright combo is the fuchsia and purple colours blended together. In the FOTD above I’m wearing it with a light coral lip but I’ve also worn it with pink and nude lips as well.

The second FOTD is a silvery-turquoise eye – I used a bit more silver to make this more neutral for me, and I love the sheen of this look – the metallic finishes really came through!

This palette is so versatile and has become one of my vanity-top standbys. I can’t wait to see what the next artist palettes will bring!
