top ten tips to keeping healthy


winter has arrived and we all know what it takes to ward off the flu and stay healthy this season, so make sure you’re following our top ten tips to keeping healthy.

1. keep moving - it is so easy to be discouraged by a late rising sun to get up early and go for a jog but keep sweating to stay healthy.

2. stay warm - in phoenix it’s hard to know exactly how to dress warm, make sure to keep your head covered and bundle up.

3. drink plenty of water - even though it may not be on your mind, make sure to drink just as much water as you do in the summer.

4. wash those hands – consistently washing your hands can help you keep from catching that office cold.

5. eat well – make sure to fill your fridge with all those super foods to help boost immune your system and energy levels with vitamins, fiber, and anti-oxidants. on our grocery list are plenty of seasonal fruits, veggies, fish, yogurts, oats, nuts, garlic and turmeric.

6. enjoy a warm cup of tea – this season on our radar are teas with hibiscus. a frances favorite is our bellocq tea no. 100, corancon de cien fuegos, made up of all organic ingredients including hibiscus, lemongrass, lavender, rose petals, and cinnamon.
