• ¼ cup Cheese Crackers
• ¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• ½ Orange sliced
• ¼ cup Diced Tomatoes
• ¼ cup Shredded Lettuce
• 1 Lowfat Chocolate Milk Carton or Juice Box
