Kid Craft: Christmas Tree Bar

This is such a fun and simple project for the kids…and even the adults! Eleanor and I got a little crafty today. Gluing things is one of her favorite ways to create now-a-days.

She helped me choose all of our Christmas tree bar fixings. She loved watching the Cricut" target="_blank">Cricut cut them out too. We created these simple 3D Christmas trees using the Cricut" target="_blank">Cricut, some paper and glue!

The pattern for the tree is a Cricut" target="_blank">Cricut image and I have it all set up for you here. Eleanor chose stars, candy canes and ornaments.

Once she was armed with glue, she got to creating.

They can glue on the front and back–the only real rule being that they cannot clue on the cut lines. We need those free of obstruction so that we can slide the two trees together.

You could have a whole forest! Wouldn’t it make the cutest holiday party craft?

How much Eleanor enjoyed it really made it all worth it. She told me, “this day is my favorite and I really love having special time with you”.

Hi, I'm Megan--the crazy mom of three behind this blog. Please don't be intimidated by the name. Note it doesn't say BALANCED Home. We hardly have it all together, but together we have it all. Or at least that is what I tell myself. I love rearranging, decorating, creating, crafting, celebrations, family, and holidays. I share a little bit of all of that and more on Balancing Home. I am married to my college sweetheart (Is that a thing? Well now it is.) and he is a very talented designer. I use him for his skills so I can offer up sweet printables to all of you.
