Change of Pace

The weather these days, you guys. It's dreary and sad and I'm trying to be a ray of sunshine but it's not going well. I notice that when it's a bit more dreary I tend to dress in darker colors. Yesterday I wore navy and black with black tights (undocumented so really it might not have happened, you'll never know). I'm hoping tomorrow is going to be sunny because I fear I'll just end up in all black by the end of the week. I'm also easing back into dressing up every day again. That's why I love fall -- boots with a little bit of a heel feels fancy. Not like go to a nice restaurant fancy, but enough to walk around the shop and sit at a desk fancy. I'm sure you didn't realize there were so many levels of fancy, but there are many and they all live in my head.
Thanks for all of the kind words on W&L! We are really excited to be in the space and more importantly it feels right again. Shopgirl is back in her shop. Can't get much happier than that.
Yes, I can actually. Sunshine. I need some sunshine and then I'll be the happiest ever.
