CARROT DATE BREAD

There’s something very comforting about this recipe. It reminds me of my grandma’s quick-bread that I religiously dunked in hot chocolate before devouring. Is it the earthy carrots? or maybe it is that baking my own bread makes me feel so independent and self-sufficient. Who knows.

This is truly a no-fail method. Yes, you must wait at least 12 hours for the dough to rest but trust me, it is sooo worth it.
