Profitable Posing Class ImagingUSA 2014

Wow, it seems like just yesterday we were at ImagingUSA teaching our Hands-on posing classes! I meant to get these up sooner than now, but I came home from the conferences to one of the busiest shooting schedules I have ever had! So, my apologies that I am just now tending to this post!

But, as promised, here are the photos I took during my demonstration! Please excuse the inflatable bed, lack of proper bedding and the backdrop in some of these. I wanted to show how I aim to get variety in poses by moving around my subject in what is normally a fully decorated room. I had to sacrifice the background in order to show this though!

I thoroughly enjoyed getting to teach these classes and get to know the attendees! Hope to keep in touch with you all!

A side note, many of you asked about model release forms. The models mentioned having signed them for this through the conference, so you should be all set to post! Yay!!! However, please post them as images from a class or workshop and not as images from a client. I believe wholeheartedly in absolute transparency and honesty when marketing to your clients. So, to post a shot that may have been set up by another photographer while passing it on to your audience as your own, can be a bit deceiving. I can't wait to see what you guys photographed that day though! So, send me a note when you get them retouched and online!
