Electrified Neon

Yesterday, I finally got the courage to wear this eye-blinding (according to my dramatic friends) neon tights with just a simple white shirt. The comfortable feeling and the neon color totally makes it my new favorite piece that I am dying to share with you. So here are some shots of what I wore, except the heels.
