Home in The North Eastern Suburb of Adelaide

This modest-sized house in a quiet neighbourhood 12 km (7.45 miles) outside the city is a place we will call home for the year.

Things are still looking bare as we wait for our belongings to sail across the vast ocean and fill up our tangible IKEA catalogue. Meanwhile I have the home internet (finally) and Pickle -- actually, watching Pickle chasing spiders -- to keep me entertained.

In the last 2 weeks, 5 trips to IKEA were made. We're now all set. Hurry up, shipment, I want to do some sewing! Also, hopefully in time, I will gain mobile independence to attend a stretch class some 15 minutes' drive away. The woes of living in a suburb -- re-re-learning to negotiate the other side of the car and road with narrower spaces and unconfident driving skills.
