SILVER BORNE is hard on Mercy. Everyone important in her life is in danger. Samuel, Adam, the pack, Medea and Gabriel. In Mercy-style, she faces each straight on with no wavering on what has to be done.
The pack has been more than wary of Mercy joining the pack. A few members decide to play with Mercy and her unfamiliarity with the pack bond. Their mischief escalates into a UFC fight for alpha hood. I love this build up of events and how Mercy puts an end to the threat. *high five* That’s my Girl! She settles petty jealousy and more dangerous aims with a clear resolve.
Bran makes a cameo to teach Mercy about the pack bond. He helps her visualize all the connections and show her the way home. To Adam. Mine. I love who Adam is when he is with Mercy–the perfect blend of bad boy and poetry. Beautiful reunion.
LORELEI KING matches the addiction factor this book had on me the two times through. It didn’t miss a beat. I could feel the fury, the sadness and melted at all the right parts.
