Unfortunately there are plenty of clothing and fashion in this world that thanks to it's super tight fit, can make most of us feel a little less than comfortable. I know I sometimes find a sexy body con dress, or a tight sweater, and my first thought is, ugh how is my tummy going to look in that? And most of the time I will forego even trying on the dress, knowing that I will just end up walking out of the dressing room feeling a little bad about myself for not having that super, tight toned tummy only models or fitness trainers seem to have.

I have thrown out plenty of clothes in my closet for this reason too. I bought it loving the style but even on the days I felt I was having a "skinny" day, and tried it on, I ended up throwing it back into the closet.
