I interrupt this week of "one thousand first birthday photos" to say congrats to the Kansas City Royals for making it to the World Series for the first time in 29 years. And for making it to the Playoffs for the first time in 29 years. And for making this little city of ours go absolutely bonkers. I mean, fireworks every single night. Blue everywhere. And even though we didn't win the World Series, we are so proud of you, Royals. So very proud.

Party-pooper Porter never did get to watch a game since he goes to bed at 6:30pm but he wore his 4T dress-of-a-shirt every single night before bed.

And a blue cloth diaper to match. :)
