MERCER LOFT
A quick peak into the kitchen of this awesome loft designed by JHL Design. The perfect example of a space that's small, full of concrete but still feels roomy and cozy. It's all about how you style it. Accents of wood and gold, and potted plants help to warm things up. The combination of textures throughout also help take your eye off all the concrete and stainless steel. And having the fireplace in the living room, facing the kitchen, makes it so cozy! I love the little bar area off the kitchen, simple, but adds character. And that island. Simple, functional, and way cool. I love outside the box islands, and I prefer them without all the sinks and appliances. I think an area dedicated to simply prep and gathering is perfect.
