TRIBECA TOWNHOUSE

-let's move in-
This restored beauty on 7th Avenue has everything your heart (and mine) desires. Original millwork, fireplaces, plaster mouldings, custom carved wood mantle piece, high ceilings, and exposed beams. The home is clearly staged to sell, but I love the black, white and wood combination. So calm and serene. The detail in the mouldings is insane, and the natural light that fills the rooms keeps everything light and bright. Smart placement of the floor-to-ceiling mirror in the living room opens up the space in a big way, especially with the reflection of the window. And that kitchen, while smaller, includes fantastic counter space with the addition of the marble waterfall island (on my "next house" list). There's a rental space attached on the bottom floor that's also been renovated, with a private entrance, who wants to go halfsies?
