OMG Cake

I've been doing outfit pictures for awhile now, and almost always they're taken in my backyard or around the house. About the most adventurous I get is sneaking into the front yard to do pictures, but if there's a bunch of students wandering around the university across the street or heavy traffic I hide in the back.

I decided with these pictures that my fancy shoes needed a new background, so after one particular date night, where I had a few drinks to loosen, up, we went to a park instead. It wasn't super crowded but I was still a little worried. Obviously people would think I was incredibly vain, having my husband take a bunch of pictures of me.
Luckily, no one really seemed to care, they were all too busy enjoying the gorgeous day. Just goes to show you people are way more involved in their own business, which works to my advantage in this case.

These shoes. I love these shoes. I mean really, how can you not love pink shoes with polka dots that say OMG Cake on them? They're from Loly in the Sky and they're my new favorite summer shoes. They're actually called Estelle but really, they'll always be my OMG Cake shoes to me.

Maybe I'll slowly start venturing into more public places to do pictures... or maybe I'll just keep being shy and hiding in the backyard. Or maybe the OMG Cake shoes are magic and they'll help to make me brave! In which case maybe you'll see them again soon.
