Liebster Q&A - Part 3

Questions and answers from Liebster nominations continued, Part 3 of 4. You can see Part 1 here, which also explains more about Liebster and includes my list of nominees. Also see Part 2 and Part 4.

From Jessica: 7) When are you at your calmest? I'm at my calmest when I've had plenty of alone time to "recharge" (other introverts will understand this), it makes me feel balanced and happy. 8) What is your greatest fear? I fear not making the most of life, I fear losing those I love 9) What is one thing you hope to accomplish in your lifetime? This kind of goes along with my greatest fear of not making something of my life. I know my life is temporary, but I hope to not only serve my own purposes--but also make an impact on others and serve a purpose greater than myself. I'm not sure what that is yet.
From Sarah: 7) Favorite book? This is an ever-changing nomination, but I absolutely loved Jeanette Winterson's memoir "Why Be Happy When You Could Be Normal?" 8) If you could trade lives with someone just for a day who would it be? It's just like Freaky Friday! I am always interested in what it feels like to be someone else. Maybe I'll trade with Ellen for the day so I can be super rich/hilarious/awesome and give away lots of money! :-) 9) Best thing about where you live? I used to sort of hate Indiana, but it's grown on me. I've discovered the more of yourself you invest in a place, the more you will love it. Best thing about it? I love the four seasons.
From Stacy: 7) Do you like scary movies? Yes! It's fun to be thoroughly scared by something that has no real power to actually harm you. 8) Could you kill your own food? Definitely not. Katrina can do the whole hunting thing, I'll be the gardener/gatherer. 9) Why do you blog? To connect with people I might not have the opportunity to know in person. That is the beauty of the internet, we can now share our lives with people around the globe and be part of a larger community.
From Lisa: 7) Are you a cat or dog person? Why? I love both, but if I had to choose I'd say dog. No one will love you more than a dog, they're so loyal, affectionate and genuine. 8) What is the worst book you have ever read? 50 Shades of Gray.....so......bad....... 9) If you could back in time, what year would you go to and why? I find indigenous cultures fascinating, it'd be really interesting to understand what life was like in America before it discovered by Europeans.
