What’s for Dinner?

Here in New Hampshire, it’s Fall.

There’s no denying it.

For the past two days it’s been wicked cold. I don’t think I warmed up at all yesterday. What happened to the gradual decline in temps? Maybe we’ll have a resurgence. My fingers and toes are crossed.

It seems like in years past, I was more than happy to embrace all things pumpkin at the end of August. This year. Not so much. Until now.

With the Fall weather, my belly is finally getting around to craving Fall food.

Sunday: Grilled Salmon veggies

Monday: Veggie or Chicken Soft Tacos

Tuesday: Butternut Squash Apple Soup

Wednesday: Baked Broccoli Slaw Egg Rolls Peanut Veggie Stir Fry

Thursday: Baked Spinach and Ricotta Rotolo

Friday: out

Saturday: out
