Just popping in for a quick meal planning update. I’m off to spectate and cheer on all my friends running the Seacoast Half Marathon today. That’s right another DNS. I’m bummed I’m not running my all time favorite race, but it’s for the best. I’ve got 5 weeks till Honolulu and I don’t want to screw anything up!

Friday – Leftovers
Saturday – out
