This recipe was the final chicken recipe that we ate. The applesauce flavor had a nice mellow taste to it. Nothing was overpowering and the kids didn’t feel like they were just eating applesauce. It all blends well and kept the chicken moist. We ate ours on Egg Noodles (that I cooked on the stove, not crock) and I warmed up a bag of frozen veggies to eat with it as well.
