Crock-Pot Mediterrenean Beef and Rice

Crock-Pot Mediterrenean Beef and Rice

My good friend showed me how she makes this for Crock-Pot Mediterrenean Beef and Rice. The taste was out of this world. She used a piece of beef (roast cut) and chopped it into smaller pieces. But the recipe can be used with other cuts of meat. You can use pork, lamb, hamburger, chicken and also turkey in place of the beef in this recipe. Garam Masala is a spice that you can purchase at Walmart or most other grocery stores.
