Crock-Pot Maple Dijon Chicken

Crock-Pot Maple Dijon Chicken

This is a quick and easy recipe. I like to do this as a freezer meal and combine everything into a freezer ziploc and then freeze laying flat. This is a meal that I can bring out in the morning and then cook up in 2 hours and have ready for dinner. I served this over rice but it would be great with noodles or even on a salad in chunks.
