Influenster sent me a new travel-friendly razor by Gillette Venus. This razor has a very short handle and a regular size cartridge. It also comes with its own case, which is a nice touch. The case has some holes in the back so there’s enough air flow to let it dry.
Since the cartridge is just like a regular size razor, it works the same as a regular razor. You need to be more careful when shaving sensitive areas such as the armpits but it’s pretty easy to use on my legs. I like how the cartridge is flexible so it is able to glide on the skin and avoid getting razor cuts. The short handle is actually quite good, not difficult to use at all. The only downside to this product is that the case is a little too big, which defeats the purpose of being travel-friendly. I feel like they should’ve used those small plastic cover that usually comes with full size razors.
This is a cute little product that works well. But I can’t say that it’s my favorite razor ever.
