Kao Biore Nose Pore Clear Pack (Black Packaging)
I picked up these pore strips when I was in Shanghai this past summer. It seems like the black version is only available in Asia so I was curious about whether they work any differently than the white version sold in the U.S. Overall, I’d say I prefer the white version because it tends to de-clog my pores more effectively and pulls out more blackheads. For this version, the black coloring always comes off during application and it leaves a sticky residue on my fingers. When I peel the pore strip, it tends to miss more spots than the white version.
Recently, I started applying the Mario Badescu Silver Powder (to be reviewed soon) prior to using pore strips in order to draw out the impurities inside the pores. I can tell that it has made pore strips more effective. If you have any recommendations for blackhead treatment, please leave them in the comments section!
