Tutorial: Stila Wide Eyed Wonder from In The Moment

This tutorial is from the Stila “In The Moment” palette lookbook.

Step 1: Apply Wonder from lash line to brow bone

Step 2: Wet brush and apply Wonder to lid

Step 3: Apply Whim to the crease and outside corner

Step 4: Apply Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Tetra to upper and lower lash lines

And. . . the finished product (with no mascara) !
