Versatility of a White Coat with Dawson & Deveraux

Happy Weekend! I hope you're having a nice relaxing Saturday morning. I am on my way to start the process of getting ready for a runway show that I am going to be walking in tonight. I know I said that I would never do this again, but the super sweet designer from Nina Tan asked me ever so nicely and it's for charity, so I just couldn't refuse. Now that the day is here, I pretty much want to crawl into a hole and never come out, but what's the fun of a life in which we never take chances? Ok, so wish me luck -- I think I'm going to need it!

So now onto these looks! This is the second look from my collaboration with Dawson & Deveraux and this time I have styled this absolutely gorgeous and lust-worthy white coat (that I never ever wanted to take off). This is one of those items that you put on and instantly feel like a movie star or some British heiress, or you know, Kate Middleton... Really though -- couldn't you absolutely see her in this coat? I think it just screams her name.

DAYTIME FLOWER MARKET

I love in magazines when you see famous people in the most beautiful of clothing and they are doing regular people things. Like going to the park, or ice skating, or picking out flowers... I always wish that I looked like that when I do these things, but I always seem to go for the basic jeans, tee and leather jacket. So, when I put this coat on, I immediately knew I needed to buy some flowers to go with it. And bonus -- now these flowers are in my house and still looking quite beautiful!

I decided to style the coat with the bare minimum so it could be the center of attention. I pulled out my pretty little studded and rhinestoned ballet flats and my trusty tote to carry everything I need for the day. I hope Kate would approve!

NIGHTTIME DRINKS WITH THE GIRLS

For the nighttime look, I wanted to show the versatility of this coat and sexy it up a bit. It can be a bit exhausting trying to be so perfect in an elegant piece, so I like to bring out the bad side in a leather skirt, leopard heels and a crop top. Add a few accessories and you're ready for a night out with the ladies!
