Fall Basics

Having your go-to basics is so important and is such a time saver whenever you feel like you have nothing to wear. I used to feel as though I wasn't putting in enough effort if my outfits weren't "interesting" enough, but sometimes the basics are all you need to look your best. On Sunday, Ollie and I were going to visit some friends and see there new little baby girl and I knew I wanted to be comfortable in something that was fuss-free. I threw on my black turtleneck, skinny jeans and a tan leather jacket. I felt that the leopard boots add that little something extra to the look and these particular ones are surprisingly so comfortable. The great thing is that this look could easily be dressed up by switching out the boots for some fun heels -- making the look perfect for a dinner date or drinks with the girls!
