Holiday home .. Around The Table

The holidays are in full swing and I hope you are enjoying all the festivities! We are decked out and ready to celebrate. Don't you wish you could snap your fingers and suddenly all of your favorite blog friends appear?!

My home isn't overly formal. Items that are a little tattered and gently used have their place.
I like the shapes and colors of these vintage bulbs.

I am so thrilled about this Amaryllis! I wasn't sure that it would bloom in time for a my holiday parties coming up. The white is my favorite!

I am really enjoying the flocked tree this year! It's preserved, requires no water, and is not messy (everyone has been asking about the care instructions and there are none:)
My mantel is very simple. Magnolia and a few bulbs and pinecones.
I also like using a long cedar garland that I drape up and over my french mirror. It's so pretty but very messy and needs to be replaced after a week or so. The magnolia garland is so much easier so I've been going with that.

I like the Restoration Hardware ornaments here.

sweetness..
I need to add more candy already!
There are these little elves that come around ..
...and they shake packages and snack on sweets;)

A nod to the Pacific Northwest.
Pinecones are so festive. I put them on tables, my mantel, and even our tree.

When the little ones come around, the Christmas Train goes on! This runs around the living room and requires house guests to watch their step.

Mistletoe Lane Don't forget to visit the carolers when you stop by!

This Lenox Village sits on my hunt board and is located in the entry.

These handsome Nutcrackers are keeping a close eye on the gifts under the tree.

My plan is to do one more fun, festive post before I'm off for the holidays so I hope you'll drop by sometime next week.

Until then, don't forget to spend time making memories with your family and friends, try not to get too stressed with the long to-do lists, and most important .. don't forget the reason for the season.
